Karuschenweg Village

Project ID 59

A little village I worked on occasionally over many years. We used designs from other project as a base for most of the houses. Some others were provided by the investor. The appartement blocks were designed by another architect.

Jeremy and Tash's house

Project ID 24

Jeremy and Tash bought a house in Deagon, Brisbane. I meassured up the house and made some blue prints of the existing building.

Tamarama Beach Cafe (project)

Project ID 25

The Cafe in Tamarama is an old and ugly building with a leaking roof. I designed an alternative cafe which tries to hold back and keep the small scale and local feeling of Tamarama Beach.

I used Vectorworks for this project. Because it is the first time I used this software the quality of the drawings isn't up to my usual standard. Read more ..

Hegelallee 22-24

Project ID 44

A complex of three buildings. Two of them were old and heritage listed. The third was a unfinished new block where the investors went out of money.

A new investor wanted to turn the complex inta a retirement village with a Wellness Centre.

My job was design and documentation for one of the old buildings and documentation for the abandoned new block. Read more ..

Dr. Seidel Residential House

I didn't work on many residential houses. Most of the time we had commercial projects or large apartment blocks.

It is a fairly modern design and a new building while most other recent buildings where redevelopements. There are many details and drawings available for this project.
