Olaf Und Elke Are Visiting

Elke and Olaf came over from Germany. They stayed in Sydney first before they headed for a week to Brisbane. I took the week off and we spend the Christmas week together. We went for sightseeing to the Sunshine Coast, Blackall Ranges, Sommerset and Wivenhoe Dam and also tried some places for dinner. Finally we had a couple of BBQ's with some of my friends from Brizzie.

 | I am not quite sure but I think that's a golden orb spider. It is big for us europeans but they grow a lot bigger then this fellow here, which is maybe 6-8cm leg span. They don't do harm. They just wait for pray. They never come into the house. 05.jpg (560*375px) ID 5 ::
