A complex of three buildings. Two of them were old and heritage listed. The third was a unfinished new block where the investors went out of money.

A new investor wanted to turn the complex inta a retirement village with a Wellness Centre.

My job was design and documentation for one of the old buildings and documentation for the abandoned new block.

Building 24

Design and Documentation

This building had a heritage listed front view. It had a difficult floor plan. By turning the main stairs 180 degrees around the problems could be solved.

It contains now 19 2-3 bedroom apartments for elderly tennants.

House 22

This half finished new building had to be redesigned to accomodate serviced appartments. It was supposed to be an appartment block but the former investor run out of money during construction

The building after the transition and almost finished. Landscaping is still missing.
A larger meeting room and reception has been added in front of the building.
