Hellboy - The Science Of Evil

Project ID 50

A game in the Hellboy universe. It was supposed to be released with the 2nd Hellboy movie. Both Mike Mignoli and Guillermo del Toro had a bit of input into the story of the game. The story of the game isn't related to the movie.

We developed this game within a limited time frame. Then the movie got postponed while the game was already finished and waited basically on the shelf for a year. Konami didn't want to spend more money and the publishing US studio shut its doors.

The downloadable content never got released which is a shame because the trailer park level I did was probably the best part of the game.

CTF-Niven2051

Project ID 29

This UT 2004 map is based on CTF-Niven. The smallest CTF map released in original UT 1999.

I tried to use as much standard UT 2004 content as possible. All the basic geometry and corridors are custom made static meshes though.

Everything in the map is made out of static meshes except the floor and a few walls. Read more ..

Stargate - The Alliance

Stargate SG-1 was a first person shooter developed under the Stargate licence. I worked 18 months on this project until it got discontinued.

We used a modified unreal engine 2.5 to create the game content. My position was a level designer and I also helped out with some art assets.

Static Meshes for Stargate

Half of the meshes seen here I did from scratch. The other half are heavily modified meshes from our artists. Most of them are optimized for the PS2 console and have a low polycount. I used existing textures in most cases and set up shader structures for them. Read more ..

DMN-Ministry Gamedesign Walkthrough

Project ID 51

The map is located around the Ministry of Information Recovery. Rebels got into the secured area around the ministry. They want to get access into the ministry building. - Rebels attack and USE defends in this map.

The round time is set to about 6:40 minutes. If Rebels fail to complete their objectives within this time USE will score. USE can score 3 times within 20:00 minutes. - If Rebels score 3 times they will win as well. (the goal score in the menu probably overrides the map settings).
