Modules

The Modular Kitchen Builder creates a kitchen through an array of modules. Each array ID is one module. The origin of the kitchen is on the back wall of the left side.

Each module can have base and wall cabinets. Wall cabinets can be full height and full depth, making base and wall cabinet one full size cabinet.

The Fridge Cabinet is a full depth wall cabinet above the fridge.

Top cabinets are above the wall cabinets. They have the same depth as the wall cabinet below.

Modules can have a width from 30cm to 90cm in 15cm steps. Unreal uses a metric system where 1cm is 1 unit.

30cm are a bit less than 12 inches for our non-metric users. You can convert the width of the modules to exact inches with a tick box in the settings. The height will always be metric.

The 2 wider modules have double doors. Drawers are always over the full width.

> Kitchen Style Defaults
Convert Width to Inch This will convert the width to exact inches. The size will expand slightly and some appliances will be scaled to fit better.
> Modules
> Index [0] [1] etc
Width Module The width of the module
Width Override Enter the exact width of the module if it differs from the Width Module. For Fridge Cabinets, etc.

L-Shaped and U-Shaped Kitchens

Use more than one blueprint to create kitchen layouts that are U- shaped or L-shaped. The corner cabinets can only be on the right side of the modules.

You can select multiple blueprints to make changes to all of them at once. Like material changes, or size changes.
